“NovaisCoelho Unipessoal, Lda”, located at Rua Salgueiro Maia, 65 4435-801, Baguim do Monte, Porto, Portugal and identification

number tax 509179126 at www.nopinbrand.com and applies to all product sales between Nopin and any user who orders through the

website.

1.2 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions will apply:

a) “Nopin” - The products are marketed by Nopin through the website www.nopinbrand.com;

b) “User” - Any person, not a merchant, who places an order on the website www.nopinbrand.com;

1.3 The use of the www.nopinbrand.com website and the purchase of Nopin products presupposes the user's knowledge,

understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


2. REGISTRATION ON THE SITE

2.1 To place an order, the User can register in advance by filling in the fields included in the form on the website

www.nopinbrand.com

2.1.1 It is also possible to place your order through a simpler process that does not require registration. However, when you register

on the website, your data and preferences will be saved for easier use in future purchases.

2.2 After completing the registration, the User has access to his personal account, where you can manage your account settings, your

favorite items and your orders.

2.3 As soon as you log in to your personal account, the User will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.


3. NOPIN PRODUCTS

Order cancellation before shipping:

3.1 The website www.nopinbrand.com is intended for all users who wish to buy Nopin products at their home or workplace, 24 hours

a day, 7 days a week.

3.2 Information on product features can be found at www.nopinbrand.com.

3.3 The Nopin brand has the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offers, prices, promotions and commercial

conditions, presented on the website www.nopinbrand.com.


4. MAKE ORDERS ON THE SITE

4.1 To place an order on www.nopinbrand.com, it is necessary that the User has an email account

and that his browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow the user to enjoy all navigability conditions of the

Nopin online store.

4.1.1 The User can proceed with the online purchase of products, for which it is necessary that:

a) Find the product (s) you want to buy;

b) Add the selected product (s) to the “Shopping cart”;

c) Record the User's personal data, which will be integrated into the Nopin database, in accordance with the terms of the Privacy

Policy, which include “Delivery address”, “Billing address”, “Payment method”, number of telephone and tax identification number

(TIN);

d) Review your order and confirm it;

4.2 After validating the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

4.3 Nopin will make available all the details of the purchase through the website www.nopinbrand.com, in its customer area.

4.4 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the

detailed invoice.

4.5 By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Purchase Terms and Conditions described at www.nopinbrand.com, as well as

the Privacy Policy.

4.6 Nopin reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:

a) the product is not available;

b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.nopinbrand.com;

c) The payment is not confirmed;

d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;

e) Payment for the order was not received by us within 5 (five) days after the acceptance of your order;

f) There is an error in the price quote;

g) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the user.


5. PRICES

5.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website www.nopinbrand.com include Value Added (VAT). The total VAT paid by the

user will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the user.

5.2 Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on prices due to

different shipping costs. Customs costs related to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.

5.3 The prices of products presented on the website are subject to change. Nopin reserves the right to change prices without notice.

The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

5.4 If there is an error in the price of the products ordered, Nopin or the User may cancel the order until the order is dispatched.

5.5 The total price specified in the checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.

5.6 The user must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.


6. PAYMENT METHODS

6.1 The User can pay for his purchases using the methods indicated at the time of purchase.

6.2 Nopin does not accept payment methods other than those mentioned at the time of purchase. The User must not attempt to pay

by any other means that does not appear in the specified payment methods. If you do, we will not be responsible for loss of payment

or any other damages that may arise.


7. SHIPPING COSTS

7.1 Shipping is supported by the customer and will be priced according to the price list. With the exception of purchases over € 300,

shipping is free.


8. DELIVERY

8.1 Nopin sends the product (s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (except holidays)

and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the address of delivery indicated by the User.

8.2 Our delivery service does not include the scheduling option, so the order will be delivered before the carrier, making sure that

someone is at the delivery address.

8.3 The delivery times for products are up to 1-2 working days for Portugal, 1-4 working days for the rest of Europe, 2-4 to USA and

2-7 working days for the rest of the world.

8.4 Nopin will inform the User of the unavailability of the requested product (s), as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum

period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

8.5 In case the carrier is not available to deliver the products on the indicated date, the User will be contacted so that another delivery

date can be given.

8.6 Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging for damage. If you believe that the products are damaged, the User must not

accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, by

e-mail info@nopinbrand.com and, if he agrees, Nopin will return the order at no cost to the User. If you wish to cancel the order, you

will receive the full amount paid.

8.7 If you do not receive your order within 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, send an email to

info@nopinbrand.com informing us of what happened. After this period, Nopin cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

8.8 Delivery is considered to be made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

8.9 Each country has its own import taxes and duties. The customer is responsible for the payment of country-related taxes and

duties.


9. CANCELLATIONS

9.1 Order cancellation before shipping:

a) The User can cancel the order of products without any associated cost, as long as they have not yet been sent.

b) If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, contact Customer Service immediately and request its cancellation via email

info@nopinbrand.com. This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in

a timely manner, the User will be notified and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the User.

c) If the cancellation request is not made before the order is shipped, the products will be sent to the customer who, if he / she

maintains his / her intention to cancel, will refuse to accept them. The products will be returned and, after receipt, the refund will be

processed, deducting the shipping costs from the amount to be received by the User.

9.2 Returning defective products:

a) The User has the right to return the delivered products, if they are found to be defective or other non-conformities.

b) The receipt of defective items must be communicated to Nopin via email info@nopinbrand.com within 3 (three) days after

receiving the order, including a photograph that documents it. If your claim is justified, the amount paid for the product and the cost

of shipping to Nopin's warehouse will be refunded.

c) Nopin reserves the right to refuse to return products with visible signs of use, signs that have been washed or processed /

modified.


10. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

10.1 We accept returns online within 15 days after confirmation of shipment.

10.2 The clothing must be worn with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund if a returned product does not

meet our requirements.

10.3 Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7 to 14 working days to be processed.

10.4 After processing, you will receive credit within 3-5 business days.

10.5 We do not allow price adjustments for goods purchased at www.nopinbrand.com

11. QUALITY Nopin does not sell second-hand products, defective or substandard products. The main features of each product

shown at www.nopinbrand.com can be found on each product page.

Nopin will make every effort to make the colors of the products that appear on the website www.nopinbrand.com as accurate and real

as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing accurate colors.


12. COMPLAINTS

In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, Nopin will seek to resolve complaints sent by the User

within 5 (five) business days, by e-mail info@nopinbrand.com


13. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nopin does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.nopinbrand.com, or any of its functions, and may be

suspended for maintenance, repair or updates. Nopin is also not responsible for any damages arising, directly or indirectly, from

situations of great force that prevent Nopin in any way from fulfilling its obligations, namely strikes, electricity failures,

telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, malfunctions,

delays by transporting suppliers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

Nopin is not responsible for any abusive use of the user's access data to the website by third parties, since they are personal and

non-transferable.


14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nopin reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, taking into account the changes made and the users

notified through the publication on the website www.nopinbrand.com of the modified Terms and Conditions .


15. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

We ask you to carefully read our Privacy Policy so that you may become aware of the rules and procedures adopted by Nopin

regarding the treatment of the data collected when you browse the website www.nopinbrand.com and when you use the features

offered by it, as well as security measures and confidentiality.


16. PROOF AND ARCHIVE

The computer records, maintained by Nopin under safe conditions, are considered as proof of communications, orders and payments

made between Nopin and the User.


17. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions and all emerging litigation related to them, including their validity, use of the website or any purchase

thereof should be governed by Portuguese Law.
